Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for roasting the garlic.
  2. Roast garlic: Wrap the head of garlic in aluminum foil and roast it in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the cloves are soft and fragrant.
  3. Combine ingredients: In a mixing bowl, add the roasted garlic (squeezed out from the head), goat cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream.
  4. Add seasonings: Pour in the olive oil and add salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme to the mixture.
  5. Blend until smooth: Use a hand mixer or food processor to blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy.
