Meatloaf Mixture

- Combine base ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well incorporated.
- Incorporate liquids: Pour the whole milk into the mixture and gently combine until the mixture is uniform and holds together without being overly wet.
- Shape mini loaves: Divide the mixture evenly into four portions. Shape each portion into a compact mini loaf and place them spaced apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Top and bake: Drizzle each mini loaf with olive oil. Optionally, sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese over the tops for a cheesy crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the meatloaves are golden brown and have an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
