Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure the bread bakes evenly.

  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat together the canola oil, eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Do not add the apples yet.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl and stir gently just until combined, taking care not to overmix.
  5. Add Apples: Fold in the diced apples, stirring lightly to distribute them evenly throughout the batter.
  6. Prepare Pan: Grease an 8-inch loaf pan well to prevent sticking and transfer the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly.
