Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it’s ready for baking the chicken after frying.
  2. Season the chicken. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides generously with salt and pepper for flavor.
  3. Prepare the coating stations. Place the flour in a shallow dish. In a second dish, beat the eggs until smooth. In a third dish, put the breadcrumbs.
  4. Dredge the chicken. Coat each chicken breast first in flour, shaking off excess, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally press into the breadcrumbs until fully coated.

  6. Bake with feta and hot honey. Transfer the fried chicken breasts to a baking dish. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese evenly over the top and drizzle the hot honey across the chicken.
  7. Finish baking. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is cooked through.
  8. Serve and enjoy. Remove from the oven and serve immediately while hot for the best texture and flavor.
